Moulin d’Or est une entreprise à taille humaine favorisant la proximité avec ses consommateurs. Doté d’un savoir-faire unique et de recettes traditionnelles, elle a choisi de dédier son amour pour la farine à l’élaboration de recettes fines faites de produit frais et d’apport nutritionnel équilibré.

L’arrivée de ce nouvel actionnaire annule donc le processus d’introduction au premier marché de la Bourse de Tunis de Gepaco/Moulin d’Or qui devait intervenir au courant du mois de décembre courant suite à l’accord de la BVMF et dans l’attente de l’autorisation du CMF.

Il s'agit de la deuxième acquisition du groupe sur le continent, puisque celui-ci a déjà acheté 42% du capital de Gepaco, une biscuiterie tunisienne connue elle pour sa marque Moulin d'or.
